Antonina Baczynska
Antonina Baczyńska is a PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Her main research interests are political campaigns, local politics as well as politics of oppression and social injustice. During her recent research she worked with various social movements which resulted in street protests to understand the nature of social movements in Poland, as well as analysed the discourse of anti-LGBT legislations discussed in polish local government bodies. In her PhD thesis she applies the issue ownership theory to polish local electoral campaigns. In the ENDURE project she is involved in Cluster 2, performing and analysing expert interviews with protests organisers and working on network analysis of Twitter contents regarding social movements during COVID-19 pandemic.
